10in30 Fitness is the result of my quest to gain ten pounds as quickly as possible a few years ago. After trying many methods, I finally found the right formula of weight training and diet. I realized that there are many factors when it comes to fitness and your body. Everything has to work together.

I went on to find the perfect way to lose the excess fat I gained on top of the muscle. Since I managed to gain ten pounds in just one month, I wanted to lose 10 pounds of fat in the same amount of time. You can do the Lose 10 pounds plan or the Gain 10 pounds plan or if you want to gain muscle and lose fat, do them both! The goal is to gain more than ten pounds total, so that you gain roughly ten pounds of muscle, with a few extra pounds of fat that you will remove with the Lose plan.

You’ll end up with a better body composition than before; more muscle, less fat regardless of how much your total weight is. Body composition is far more important and a more accurate body description than simply checking your overall weight.

For example, if you’re trying to lose 10 pounds in a 30 days, don’t be so worried about your overall weight and don’t check the scale too much; it’s how you are looking in a bathing suit that matters. Not to say that looks are all that matter, but how you look is a far more accurate representation of your fitness level since you can’t hide fat or for that matter, lean sexy muscle. Besides, you aren’t going to be walking around with a scale to prove to everybody that you’ve lost weight. If you work as hard as we do here at 10in30, your body will speak for itself! I promise.


Through much research, lots of reading, experimenting, and trial and error, I figured out the fastest and safest way to get rid of fat. There are no tricks. Just good hard work you will be proud of.
