Exercise of the Week!

Every week, you’ll get a short video that showcases a new, unique exercise you may not be doing, BUT SHOULD! These exercises are a bit unknown, or at least not as popular as the top ten that you see everyone doing every time you go to the gym.

How to implement them: Simply replace an equivalent exercise with one of these or add it to your workout.
