It’s a bit different from what we had before, but on top of being better, you’ll see that it’s also a lot simpler. In a nutshell, we have broken down the macros so you know exactly how much protein, carbs, and fats to eat each day.
Our new plan is an even better and more fool-proof way to lose 10 pounds in a month. The slight caloric deficit will insure that you don’t go into survival mode by starving yourself while making sure you have more energy to workout heavy. Exercising with heavy weights allows you to keep more lean muscle which gets rid of fat all on its own (you want that, trust us). But not to worry, we’ve made it super easy to follow our plan with just a few steps. Each of the four weeks are broken down into specifics of how much protein, fats, and carbs to eat per day. If we made it any easier, we’d be SPOON-FEEDING YOU!
