They are different from regular leg lifts because of the swing. You are swinging so you can get more reps because they are meant for losing weight. The momentum will help you do more reps and make it easier for you to burn more calories while strengthening your abdominals, mainly your lower abs.

Do these on your Abs days, or in between any other exercise such as Bench Press or Squats. The variety of body group exercises will help you get rid of fat. It’s good to do some ab work in between sets of other exercises. It’s also good to do some cardio in between sets, or before changing to another exercise.
